To ensure everybody attending is able to feel welcome and safe, we have some fairly standard rules at Hallowed Homecoming: A Samhain Retreat. Many of our posted rules are those enforced by our hosts, Prince William Forest Park, and the National Park Service, as well as federal, state, and local laws.
By registering for our event, you agree to follow the event rules. We will also require that all attendees sign a waiver acknowledging and agreeing to follow the rules upon check in at Registration. Those who are unable to follow the rules for the benefit of all may be asked to leave the site without an option for refund.
